The Beninese state gives you the opportunity to become a co-owner of the best bank in Benin. The International Bank for Industry and Commerce (BIIC) is the result of the merger of two institutions: BIBE (one of the oldest banks in Benin) and the African Bank for Industry and Commerce (BAIC). It is a bank owned 51.26% by the Beninese state. BIIC is the bank that has invested the most in Benin in recent years through its involvement in the government's action plan projects. • The Beninese state, the majority shareholder, is selling to the general public between 30.4% and 40%, or 17,558,979 to 23,103,920 of the shares it holds to allow the Beninese to own a share of its investments made in industry in Glodjigbé, in real estate with the 20,000 homes in Ouèdo and many others.
